Where is the SGC Layout? I only have the default? Please help! (G19)

I watched this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uCpumNNPE8Y and was super excited to try out these layouts. So I downloaded the program, installed it, and then discovered it has no layouts included. I scowered the website and now this forum, but they only thing I could find was people saying they liked the SGC layout. How do I get the layouts from that video?!
