LCDHost preventing main display power off

Since updating to Windows 8.1 a month or so ago, LCDHost (all versions I've tried) is preventing my monitors from powering down at the set interval.

I've tried disabling plugins, running power reports, etc, but nothing seems to help.

If I set the turn off screen setting to 1 minute with LCDHost not running, the screens turn off 1 minute later.  If LCDHost is running, the screens never turn off.

Any ideas?

I have tried as you suggested uninstalling the 64-bit version and using the 32-bit version.  Same problem.

Set screensaver timeout to 1 minute.  After 1 minute, screensaver comes on.

Run LCDHost, screensaver never comes on anymore.

Right click LCDHost icon and click quit.  Exactly 1 minute later, screensaver kicks on as normal.

This is on a fresh installed Windows 8.1 64-bit with no other apps (except LGS) installed.

here they go in standby mode just fine. ran with 32 aswell as with the 64 bit version.

If anyone has a solution to this problem, please let me know...

forgive me if my explanation is not clear but I have to translate.
LCDhos the installation does not create any vercion screensaver.
if you mean pictures showing your design, then try the all are with where I think the design file.
everything has queir in the same folder.
if it refers to windows screensaver, right click the  screen and in the window that opens will ha personalize  , and there comes out the options to disable the screen saver.

Do you know if your setup is the same.
But if loess follow these steps and try it.
1 Right click on the screen customization
2 Protective screen click.
3 Click to change power settings.
4 edit plan settings, open and select the des folding (never) in the two options. I give in (to save changes) if he does not keep the settings not wait.

I'm having the exact same issue. Win 8.1 x64, no screensaver, display set to turn off after 10 minutes. If LCDHost is running, it never turns off.

I use 32-bit windows pro 8.1
I tried the settings ami energy and it works perfectly.
executed LCDhost and operates off monitor.
the same with the screensaver works perfect mind.
do not know why you would can happen.
if you want to try 32bit ainstalar vercion of lcdhost

I tried the 32bit version (installed then restarted pc) and still having the same issue.

Thanks, I didn't know this existed. Running 'powercfg -requests' shows None for everything, unfortunately, but something is still keeping my displays on.
