need help

Hello, I just recently started using windows live and i logged into an account that i never use anymore so theres over 1600 emails. the bad thing about that is now on my lcd it says i have all these emails on the account but im not logged in anymore to that account. I deleted the account information from Windows live messanger and made a new account. What can i do to get rid of the 1600 email notifications that i do not care about. I have re installed and deleted The program and that did not work. What am I missing.

The unread mail indicator may show an incorrect number of unread mails. This is a problem with the mail client. Microsoft Outlook is known to be very buggy. Try Mozilla Thunderbird. Also, see this link.

unfortunately the program you sent doesn't work with windows 7 64 bit. I've uninstalled Windows live, is there any other way to get rid of the mail count? It wont go away.

It's not a bug in LCDHost. I suggest you contact Microsoft support.
